He/She will give input on how the Emmaus House Plan can best benefit the staff and residents; assist in interviewing and orienting guys for the home; help these men make the next step needed to move from the streets to a healthier life; and help to train the other Emmaus staff and volunteers assigned to the House. Educational Ministries Director The Educational Ministries Director works to help educate the Body of Christ on the needs and situation of men involved in prostitution. He/she is expected to coordinate all areas related to the Kaio Community, Immersion Nights, speaking engagements, visits and work projects by outside groups, relationships with area churches and organizations, and volunteer development.
